Launched in January 2018, LinGin is a classic London Dry Gin and is the first product released by Linlithgow Distillery - a new craft distillery from the West Lothian town. LinGin has truly been crafted with the spirit of Linlithgow. The botanicals used have been handpicked from the around the loch, canal and meadows of the town, the recipe has been influenced and refined by a 100+ strong tasting panel of local residents and the town's unique skyline can be seen on the label design. LinGin is made in a still named Gleann Iucha (the Gaelic name for Linlithgow). Clean juniper and floral heather, joined by hints of Christmas cinnamon and vanilla angelica.
