Spring Gin is brought to you by Edinburgh Food Social, a social enterprise running a Good Food Hub in Edinburgh teaching young people and communities about the goodness of local, seasonal food. The gin is contract distilled by Ian Macleod (Edinburgh Gin) and is a small batch with additional editions to be released seasonally. Using gorse flower, yarrow and wood sorrel, this zesty gin serves well as a G&T flavoured with slices of apple and sprigs of fresh thyme.
