Four Marys Subtly Spiced is a distilled gin using allspice, rose petals and apricots alongside juniper and coriander to give a warm, exotic flavour. The addition of black and long peppercorns gives the gin a spicy bite that is warm and exciting. Nose: warm, exotic spices giving way to the fruity sweetness of the apricots Taste: hints of Turkish delight give way to warm fruit and spicy pepper Finish: a warm, spicy pepper finish leaving the taste buds tingling.
