Patti Smith and her two daughters, Jill and Beth, were the force behind the opening of Smithies Deli, selling spirits and liqueurs. Then, they went one step further and made their own, Smithies Gin! It's distilled in Arbroath, Scotland, and its 12 botanicals include an infusion of redcurrants and gooseberries from Patti's father's very own garden. The whole idea behind this gin is that it's not prescriptive at all, so literally garnish with whatever you see fit!
